Something you would like to memorize. Something that you would like to “spiritually become”. Example: Create in me a clean heart, O G-d, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Your presence, and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, and sustain me with a willing spirit. Then I will teach transgressors Your ways, And sinners will turn to You. Psalm 51:10-13 Ask G-d to speak to you He might have done so throughout your quiet time Just be quiet and do nothing for a couple minutes waiting for impressions in your mind and heart from the Lord. Pray in your own words to end the time. Ephesians 3:12 Because of Messiah and our faith in Him, we can now come fearlessly into G-d's presence, assured of His glad welcome. Think about that… Think about that some more… G-d is anxious to talk with you! He loves you! Proverbs 1:7 Fear (reverence) of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge (knowing what to do). Only fools despise wisdom and discipline. But
here is reality again Don’t just stand there, DO SOMETHING! But G-d would prefer… Don’t just do something, STAND THERE! 45 |
